Hi, I'm Rachael

I am Rachael Keeble, a project management specialist who works with professionals across the built environment to help them transform uncertainty into structure. With ~15 years Project Management experience, I am a Trustee for the Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB), I am a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM), a Non Executive Director & was shortlisted for Inspiring Woman of the Year by Construction Magazine in 2024. 

At BuiltWell, we support project managers and construction professionals to move beyond constant firefighting and take real control of their projects. Our programmes focus on the practical leadership, communication and delivery skills that enable professionals to manage complex environments, bring order to uncertainty and lead projects with confidence, authority & impact (without burning out).
